FAQs
When do I get my first invoice?
The first invoice is sent after the interior design agreement is signed. This invoice includes the list of all the rooms involved in the project and billed at the price per square foot.
How are the custom designs delivered?
After the custom design presentations are finished for each space, a design proposal appointment is scheduled. Your designer will present them digitally and email them. A copy of the approved design concept is printed.
How much does full-service design cost?
This is outlined in our Investment Guide! This breaks down the cost per square foot and the hourly rate with a total estimate.
Can I make design changes?
Of course! Every design proposal includes two revision attempts!
Can I order the product?
While this is our job to help order items at the right time, we do allow our clients to order as well if they feel more comfortable doing so.
How often do I get invoices?
During the execution phase of the project, you will receive an invoice for the total hours used per month. This includes a detailed record of how the time was used.
