Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Mitchell Design & Co. ("we," "us," or "our") and your engagement with us for interior design services. By using our services or engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

 

Services

 

We offer interior design services, including but not limited to consultation, space planning, material selection, furniture procurement, and project management. The scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and Mitchell Design & Co.

 

Fees and Payments

 

Fees for our services will be communicated to you prior to engagement and will be outlined in the agreement. Payment terms will also be specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

 

Project Timeline

 

We will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the project timeline agreed upon with you. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could delay the project. We will keep you informed of any changes to the timeline and work to minimize disruptions.

 

Client Responsibilities

 

As the client, you are responsible for providing accurate information about your project requirements, preferences, and budget. You agree to cooperate with us and provide timely feedback and decisions throughout the duration of the project.

 

Intellectual Property

 

Any designs, drawings, plans, or other materials created by Mitchell Design & Co. remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without our prior written consent.

 

Liability

 

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

Termination

 

Either party may terminate the agreement for interior design services upon written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination, you agree to pay for any services rendered up to the termination date.

 

Confidentiality

 

We will treat all information shared by you during the course of the project as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

 

Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

Amendments

 

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website or providing notice to you directly. Your continued use of our services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
